Let me apologize from the beginning. This is going to be a long post. I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I did going through the memories necessary to write it.

Donald Francis had a big year in 2011. After having a near flawless season and making everyone that lined up against him see tail lights, it would be fair to say he dominated Breakers Speedway. With the closure of the track, it was clear that Plan B ... well ... needed a Plan B.
